Joshua Oliver's plea was entered at Newcastle Magistrates' Court today on the basis that it was reckless rather than intentional - the Crown did not accept its basis.
Married father-of-one Thomas Kwan, 54, appeared briefly at Newcastle Magistrates' Court this morning via videolink and did not enter pleas to the offences.
