The woman, who is reportedly 49 years old and named Zoe, was working at the bakery she owned in the village of Damasi near the city of Larissa in Greece.
Ana Maria de Jesus, 52, and Larissa de Jesus Castilho, 21, were rushed to the hospital after eating a slice of the cake brought to them by the husband of Ana's niece Patricia.
Larissa Talle Leoncio Rodrigues, 37, had just learnt of her husband's infidelity when she suddenly died on March 22 in the Jardim Botânico neighbourhood of Ribeirão Preto, Brazil .
