Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina reportedly proposed banning online marketplaces from offering discounts to customers who pay for goods using their own subsidiary banks.
“Our intention is to proceed with the mass introduction of the digital ruble somewhat later,” Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina said without specifying a new timeline.
